She is survived by : her parents, Farren Wayne Meador of Fountain Run, KY and Casey Lane Bowman Payne (Lewis); her adoptive father Bobby Meador of Fountain Run, KY; her siblings, Braxton Joe Payne of Scottsville, KY, Skyler Matthew Payne of Scottsville, KY and Carly Payne of Scottsville, KY; her grandparents, Timothy Bowman of Westmoreland, TN, Myomi Means (John) and Loretta Martus of Gamaliel, KY; her great-grandparents, Dorothy Bowman of Scottsville, KY and Betsy Lloyd of Tompkinsville, KY; her grandmother Molly Daniel of Glasgow, KY; and her stepmother Nancy Tackett of Worthington, KY. She is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
