He was predeceased by: his father Steven Basil Turner; his grandparents, Lester, Bela Turner and John Howard; his stepbrother Brad Johnson; his uncle Tommy Turner; and his aunt Judy Howard Cherry.
He is survived by: his mother Jane Johnson (Howard); his stepfather Mike Johnson of Glasgow, KY; his grandmother Joyce Howard of Glasgow, KY; his stepbrothers, Daniel Johnson, Ben Johnson and Luke Johnson; his aunt Theresa Deckard; and his cousins, Mark Cherry, Lori Rolke, Leslie Barlow and Marci Turner.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Scott's memory are suggested to Fountain Run Cemetery.
