He is survived by: his wife Pearl Gambrell (Smith) of Fourmile; his children, Candace Thomas (Chris) of Moore's Creek, Wayne Everett Gambrell (Heather) of Raymore and Lisa Karen Gambrell of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Thomas, Genevieve Gambrell, Allison Taylor, Rachel Gambrell, Laura Gambrell, Katharine Kunkle, Kailani Dohres, Willow, Ciara and Elliott; his great grandchildren, Aria, Ava and Matthew; his siblings, Arnold Gambrell of Ft. Wayne, Karen Gambrell of Middlesboro, Doris Shoemaker (Wayne Edgar) of Columbia, Jennifer Powell (Everett) of Shinnston and Jerry Gambrell of Moore's Creek; and his close friend George Simpson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
