She was predeceased by: her father Lewis Carr, Sr.; her siblings, Lou Russell Lapsley, Marjorie Peyton, Ruth Jones, Floyd Carr, Miles Edward Carr, Curtis L. Carr, Eugene C. Carr, Lewis Carr, Jr. and Donald K. Carr; and her children, James, Richard and Carol Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Combs (Carla), Sharon Keathley (Jerry), Merry Zimmerman, Theresa Owen and Johnny Santeramo; her grandchildren, Liz Hopkins, Taryn Kramer, Ben Keathley, Melissa Houp, Marcus Steele, Raymond Owen, Caitlin Owen, Brooke Santeramo and JohnEric Santeramo; and her great grandchildren, Emily Riddle, Mason Houp, Tyler Houp, MiKyla Owen and Tia Owen.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care.
