She was predeceased by: her mother Pearl Haley. She is survived by: her son James Keith McNeil (Donna); her sisters, Hattie Rudan (Nathaniel Cooper) of North Carolina and Linda Rodgers of North Carolina; and her granddaughter Shay Sills. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
