He was predeceased by : his parents, James D. Clark and Maggie Lee Lewis Clark; his son Gary Dane Clark; and his siblings, Jack Clark, Fred Clark, Stanley Clark and Tootsie Warner.

He is survived by : his wife Odessa Ruth Smith Clark; his children, Gayle Lee Clark (Sheila), Donna Marie Kemper (Frank), Steven Carroll Clark and Debra Ruth Clark; and his siblings, Bruce Clark, Jimmy Clark, Paul Clark, Susie Warfield and Tina Harrod. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
