She was predeceased by: her father John L. Wilhoit; her husband Dennis Wise; her siblings, Ernest Wilhoit and Relda Reeves; and her grandsons, Andrew Justin Goin and Christopher Wade Goin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Shifflet (Larry) and Betty Goin; and her grandchildren, Erin Goin and Brandon Shifflet. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
