She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Parrish; her parents, Lula Stigers and Tom Milton; and her sister JoAnn Milton of Frankfort, Kentucky.. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Fannin (Bobby) and Mona Harrod (David); her stepson Brad Parrish (Lisa); her grandchildren, Julie Bailey (Joey), Jason Harrod (Amy), Susan Ward (Phillip), Christy Newton (Eric), David Parrish and Robbie Fannin; her great grandchildren, Sydney Bailey, Zachary Bailey, Nicholas Newton, Andrew Harrod, Suzette Bailey, Jacob Ward, Anna Newton, Jack Harrod, Saylor Bailey, Dylan Ward and Owen Harrod; her close friend Wilmona Sheets; and her great grandchild Collin Newton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Franklin County Senior Citizen's Meals on Wheels program.
