She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Paul R. Ratliff Frankfort (Paula Nakasi) and Ellen G. Dickerson (Bill); her grandchildren, Ryan Bussell, Colin Bussell (Andi) and Amara Nkunda; her parents, Arthur Bailey and Ellen Bannon Bailey; her husband Bobby J. Ratliff of Praise, KY.; and her siblings, Helen Smith, Amy Switzer, Maureen Hatcher and Rhona Lloyd. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Mrs. Ratliff to the Franklin Co. Humane Society, 100 Companion Place, Frankfort, KY 40601.
