He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Lewis Sr. and Ann Turner Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Regina Mae Sheets Lewis; his children, Jeff Lewis (Laura), Chip Lewis (Jessica), Chad Lewis and Cassie Proctor (Travis); his sister Carol Ann Lewis; his grandchildren, Ben Lewis, Kate Lewis, Kaitlyn Lewis, Bradley Lewis, Hudson Lewis, Hattie Ann Lewis, Tanner Walker and Westin Proctor; his great grandchildren, Alec Walker and Declan Walker; and his close friend Bill Crumbaugh.
