Brenda Louise Harrod Carroll Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Louise Harrod Carroll of Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away on September 30, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Samuel Harrod and Mary Elizabeth Curry Harrod. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Carroll; her sons, Steve Carroll (Tracy) and Dr. Tim Carroll (Donna); her grandchildren, Dr. Jacob Pennington (Laura), Brett Pennington, Dr. Alexandra Carroll, Lindsey Carroll, Sawyer Carroll, Taylor Carroll, Hunter Carroll and Calee Carroll; her great grandchildren, Luke Pennington and Riley Pennington; and her siblings, Charles V. Harrod (Barbara), Anne Stratton, Mary Kitts and Sena Kelley (Tim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Capital City Christian Church (15 Locust Dr, Frankfort, KY 40601). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Stand Up to Cancer or Bluegrass Hospice Care, continuing her spirit of giving and care.
