She is survived by : her children, Richard Blankenship, Bonnie Burke, Tina Parker and Debbie Powell; her siblings, Douglas Dews, Kathy Sams and Beverly Sue Peak. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
