He is survived by: his wife Mona Burke; his daughter Melissa Wright; his siblings, Cleatus Burke of Pike County and Wilma Burke of Dorton; his grandchildren, Justin Wright (Mollie) and Jessica Sanderson (Damien); his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Owen, Kayleigh and Collins; and his brother David Smith.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the North Frankfort Baptist Church (7945 Owenton Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
