It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Ray Cook of Frankfort, Kentucky, born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Granville Watman Cook. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Cook; his son Carlos Cook Jr. (Christina); his brother Jerry Cook; and his grandchildren, Nicole Clark, Johnathan Cook and Cody Cook.
