She was predeceased by : her husband Cecil Ray Mohr; her father Kenneth Moore; and her siblings, Peggy Moore, Ronnie Moore and Babe Moore.

She is survived by : her siblings, Carrie Jean West, Charlie Moore (Pat) and Billy Moore (Sandy); and her mother Emily Harrod Moore. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rogers Funeral Home (507 W 2nd St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery.

Flowers are welcomed, while memorial contributions are suggested to the Capital City Activity Center.
