He is survived by: his wife Connie Hammond Buntain; his son Brad Buntain (Chris) of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Haleigh Thompson (James) and Hunter Buntain (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Hayden, Holten, Huxten, Haislee Thompson, Jaxon and Isaac Buntain; his siblings, Grant "Petie" Buntain (Debra) and Linda Buntain Ritchie; and his brother-in-law James "Bubby" Hammond (Angela).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home (701 N Main St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
