He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Barry Cunningham and Louise Morrow Cunningham; and his brother Larry Wayne "Peanut" Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Troi Johnson Cunningham; his children, Keegan Johnson, Heather Cunningham, Whitney C. Mathus (Steven) and Lynnlee C. Cole (Stephen); his brother Chad Cunningham (Cindy); his grandchildren, Chance, Claire, Courtney, Chloe, Charlee and Lucy; and his nieces, Paige Cooke and Jessica Elliston.
