With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlie Bay (Frankfort, Kentucky), who passed away on June 9, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Downey Bay. He is survived by: his children, Donna Wilson of Frankfort, Debi Johnson of Frankfort, Tiffany Witten of Frankfort, Tony Bay of Frankfort and Danny Bay of Frankfort; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Jessica, Cameron, Shyann, Matthew, Kailin, Kyle, Taylor, Macy and Casey. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests. Memorial Contributions be made to the American Red Cross.
