He was predeceased by: his parents, Zackary Robert Pulliam and Susan Mary Slattery Pulliam; his son Joseph Franklin Pulliam; and his siblings, Selbert Pulliam (Sarah), Zachary "Junior" Pulliam, Ruby Hedges (Selbert), Sarah Newton (Kenneth) and Frances Coleman (Gus).
He is survived by: his wife Pauline J. Pulliam; his children, Darrell "Hoss" Pulliam (Jan), Karen Leslie Pulliam and Rhonda P. Bayes; his daughter-in-law Doreen Jezek; his granddaughter Jessica Howell (Justin); his great grandchild Adrian Howell; and his stepgrandsons, Jeremy Sargent and Garrett Sargent. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the LeCompte-Johnson-Taylor Funeral Home (1725 Louisville Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
