He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donnie Hortenbury. He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Hortenbury and Amanda Bourgeois Hortenbury; his grandparents, Jack, Patty Bourgeois, Paul and Patty Gibson; his great-grandparent Patsy Maupin; his brothers, Krishaun Mays and Damion Harris; and his aunts, Melissa Tackett (David), Christy Quire (Floyd), Crystal Hortenbury and Nancy Day. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends that he called his brothers.
In Lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Suicide Prevention Resource Center in his name.
