He is survived by: his wife Annette David; his son Caleb Christopher David; his mother Barbara Leatherman; his sisters, Kelly Baker and Amber Daane; his half-sister Monica Rae Parker; and his stepson Andrew Peace (Sarah). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
