He is survived by: his wife Lucy Webb Stallard; his children, Janice Webb, Chris Stallard of Frankfort and Clarence Stallard Jr. of Frankfort; and his siblings, Josephine Shaw, Mary Rogers, Ernie Stallard, George Stallard and Charles Stallard. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
