He is survived by: his children, Patricia Chamness (John), Donna McPherron, Clyde Otis Fultz III, David Fultz, Gregory Hounchell and Jeffrey Hounchell; and his sister Alice Cirillo. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
