She was predeceased by: her significant other Steve Powers. She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Lyons and Catherine Lyons; her children, Jasmine Lyons of Frankfort, KY and Stephen Quattrocchi (Rachel) of Georgetown, KY; her grandchildren, Kristen, Noah, Rose and Bryson; her brother Randall Lyons (Lisa); and her sibling's children, Emily Buttrum (Josh) and Keith Lyons. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
