He was predeceased by: his father Billy Parker. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Parker; his siblings, William F. Parker Sr. of Frankfort, Robert Scott Parker (Billie Jo) of Frankfort, Teresa Faye Perry (Doug) of Sebring and Donna Jane Heltzel (John) of Lawrenceburg; his uncle Simeon Parker (Nancy); and his close friend Lucy Aines of Frankfort. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
