He was predeceased by: his former wife Ladonna Gipson; and his grandparents, Garrent, George Gipson, Russell Harrod and Irene Tate.
He is survived by: his parents, David Gipson Sr. and Deborah Harrod Gipson; his wife Heather Gipson of Frankfort; his children, Marc Goodrich of Frankfort and Morgan Mitchell of Frankfort; his sister Maria Sutherland (Todd) of Frankfort; his niece Kaycee Sutherland; his nephew Jarrod Sutherland; his great-nieces, Nova and Ellie Annhis; and his granddaughter Amelia Rose.
In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to the American Cancer Society.
