He is survived by: his wife Janet Leigh Price Fallis; his children, Leigh Ann Fallis (Sun Spirit), Lindsay Fallis, David Ward Fallis and Chris Fallis (Chelsea); his daughter-in-law Roxanne Hurt; his siblings, Andrea Hellard of Frankfort, Angela Hellard of Frankfort and John Fallis (Mary); and his grandchildren, John Everett Fallis and Presley Trent Fallis.
