She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Brown and Martha Elizabeth Brown (Lizzie); her husband Hubert; her siblings, Maime, Ann Taylor (Rufus), Marie Hays (Morgan), Herman Brown, Virgil Brown (Anne) and Alma Hollan (Dave); her son-in-law Alan Hamilton; and her nephew Doyle Devers.

She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Hamilton; her granddaughter Kate Hamilton; her great grandchild Teagan Rein; her granddaughter Alison Hamilton Gortney (Gabe); her children, Maddax and Gannon Gortney; her grandson Garrett Hamilton; her daughter Liz Norris; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Brown and Jim Davis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
