He is survived by: his children, Darrell Keeling of Frankfort, Debbie Keeling of Johnston City, TN, Warren Keeling (Veanna) of Washington County, KY and Don Keeling (Dawn) of Lawrenceburg; and his brothers, Bill Keeling of Lexington and R. V. Keeling (Linda) of Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
