She was predeceased by: her father Robert L. Daniel; her husband Cecil V. Hockensmith; and her children, Stephen Dale Hockensmith, Freddie Hockensmith, Brendella Kay Hockensmith, Betty Hockensmith Anglin and Phyllis Hockensmith McClain.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah Hockensmith Miller (Charles) and Ronald Hockensmith (Cathy); and her sisters, Ruth Ann Jones and Barbara Sue Brewer. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Salvation Army or the Galilean Children's Home.
