He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Howard, Sr. and Roberta Gaines Howard; and his stepmother Christine Howard. He is survived by: his wife Donna Johnson Howard; his daughters, Dawn Howard Welch (Danny) and Melinda Howard Watts; his grandchildren, Devon Watts (Veronica Hutt), Gabriel Watts (Holly) and Riley Welch (Alex Sword); and his brother Greg Howard (Keene) of Lexington.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
