She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Spangler, Jr.; her parents, Bruce Humphreys and Elizabeth Arthur Humphreys; her children, Sandra Stone, Richard Stone and Eric Stone; her great grandchild Paxtyn Edgington; and her siblings, Robert Humphreys, William Humphreys and Jane Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Edgington (Donald) of Lawrenceburg; her grandchildren, Brian Edgington, Deanna Peach (Daniel), Sara Beth Brumley, Rebecca Brumley, Amadeus Durbin (Emily) and April Bailey; her great grandchildren, Nick, Kloi, Adylen, Amadea and Bryon; her sister Patricia Elswick (Fred) of Charleston, WV; her son-in-law Terry Durbin of Louisville; her siblings-in-law, Louise Humphreys of Westchester, OH and Joe Smith of Rochester, MN; her nephew Jeff Humphreys; and her nieces, Liana Smith, Laura Parkin (Andrew) and Barbara Humphreys-Huddell.
