With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Franklin Fair of Frankfort, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his wife Lora Blevins Fair; his son Derek Brian Fair; his parents, John W. Fair and Bessie Fair; and his siblings, Marvin Fair, Garnett Fair, Richard Fair, Geneva Martin, Peggy Fair and Jane Fair.
He is survived by: his children, Leshia Fair Burnette (Charlie Bob) of Frankfort, Kentucky and Michael Adams; his grandsons, Jacob Fair, Caleb Neville and Nickolas Burnette; his great grandchild Nova Grace Neville; and his siblings, John Fair and Nancy Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources.
