With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Ray Collins of Frankfort, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2026 at the age of 81. In the vast expanse of eternity, Gary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gary farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Collins and Lola Collins Rice; and his son Gary Albert Collins. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Collins; his children, Jerry Dale Collins, Shawna Keeling (Mike) and Minnie Holland; and his sister Libby McFadden. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
