He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray E. Gayheart and Audrey Fraley Gayheart; and his wife Linda. He is survived by: his great grandchild Kentuckian; his daughters, Gabrielle Gayheart and Melissa Nesselrode (Derek); his grandchildren, Davis Nesselrode (Crystal), Erica Baxter (Reiss) and Miranda Nesselrode; his great grandchildren, Bennett Lee Baxter, Colton Ray Baxter and Greenley Mae Gibbons; and his siblings, Deborah Willian (Donald) and Barry Gayheart (Carol).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Franklin County Humane Society.
