He was predeceased by: his father Gary T. Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Smith Lewis; his children, Gracie Lewis and Gary Lewis, Jr.; his stepchildren, Rebecca Lewis and Jonathon Lewis; his grandson Logan Clark; and his sisters, Darlene Penn and Malinda Jamison.
