He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Alice and Roy Harmon; his former wife Mary Alice Cunningham Harmon; his sister Dorothy DeMarsh; and his grandson William Arden Harmon.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peg" Harmon; his children, Rand Harmon (Barb) of Denver, Colorado, Julia Harmon (Mac Yocum) of Knoxville, Tennessee and Jeff Harmon (Wendy) of Orlando, Florida; his stepdaughters, Bonnie Dickson (Mike Mecklenburg) of Virginia and Kathy Anderson (Chris) of Virginia; his grandchildren, Ellie Jackson (Jacob), Marissa Finch (Mason), Jayne Quire, Emma Ruffin (Anthony), James Coates, Grace Yocum-Jones (Calvin), Mae Harmon and Sam Yocum (Sara); and his great grandchildren, Franklin, Theodore, Pixie, Randy and Charlie. He is also survived by nephews, great-nephews, a niece, and a great-great-niece.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rogers Funeral Home (507 W 2nd St, Frankfort, KY 40601).
