He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gregory and Genevieve Gregory (West); and his brothers, Charlie Gregory and Earl Thomas Gregory. He is survived by: his sons, Jamie Gregory of Lawrenceburg, KY and Joe "Bear" Gregory of Lawrenceburg, KY; his granddaughter Kassie Anglin (Bobby) of Lawrenceburg, KY.; and his sisters, Dorothy Fleming of Lawrenceburg, KY, Margie Drury of Lawrenceburg, KY and Phyllis Gregory of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews he loved.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ritchie and Peach Funeral Home (701 N Main St, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
