Isobell Stephens Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isobell Stephens (Frankfort, Kentucky), born in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Serilda Prewitt Adkins and Lonnie Adkins; her husband William David Stephens; her son Randy Stephens; and her siblings, Ray Adkins, Willard Adkins, Ronnie Adkins, Lonnie Adkins, Jr., Marie Adkins, Faye Howard and Betty Stephens.

She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Stephens (Lisa), Mitchell Stephens (Melinda) and Terry Stephens (Rebecca); her brothers, Donald Adkins, Roger Adkins (Judy), Kenny Adkins and Larry Adkins (Priscilla); her grandchildren, Roger Stephens, Scotty Stephens, Matthew Stephens, Mollie Stephens, Jared Stephens and Jonah Stephens; and her great grandchildren, Kaylin Brown, Natalie Stephens, Zachary Ballard, Braxton Ballard, Easton Stephens, Kylie Carter, Levi Stephens and Parker Stephens.
