It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivory Moore in Frankfort, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Edwards Moloney and William C. Staton; her stepfather Shug Moloney; her grandfather Ike; her husband Adolph "Doc" Moore; and her son-in-law Donald Howard Combs.

She is survived by : her daughter Leslie Adams Combs; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Anne Alcie Combs and Donald Howard Combs III (Emily).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First Christian Church (316 Ann Street, Frankfort, KY 40601) or the Paul Sawyier Public Library (319 Wapping Street, Frankfort, KY 40601).
