It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack O'Donnell of Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Donnell (Jack) and Dorothy O'Donnell; his siblings, Maureen, Paul and Kevin; and his pet Ginger.
He is survived by: his fiancée Trisha Perkins; his son Liam (Mckenna); his sister-in-law Barbara O'Donnell; his siblings' children, Murphy (Erika) and Jake (Abby); his siblings, Christine (Mike), Maryann McCoy (John) and Bobby (LeeAnn); his siblings' children, Connor, Keegan (Erin), Matt, Jack, Shaye and Brielle (Bryce); his great-nieces, Anastasia and Sage; Margaret.
Memorial donations may be made to the Surfrider Foundation (https://www.surfrider.org), a non-profit environmental organization that works to protect and preserve the world's oceans, waves and beaches, focusing on water quality, plastic pollution reduction, beach access, beach and surf spot preservation, and sustaining marine and coastal ecosystems.
