It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Phipps (Frankfort, Kentucky), who passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Jack has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Prather Phipps and Sara Louise Patrick Phipps; and his siblings, Sarah Lee Zwicker and Frank Patrick Phipps. He is survived by: his wife Mae Belle; and his children, Jack Wayne Phipps (Gwen) and Sarah Phipps Gowins. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
