He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee Clements, Jr. and Jeanette Beck Clements. He is survived by: his wife Robin Ruth Rabe Clements; his children, Ruth Rabe Clements, James Rabe Clements and Jason Rabe Clements; and his siblings, Sherry Engstrom and Richard Clements. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
