He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Monroe; his daughter Erica Michelle Watson; his stepsons, David Steward (Lynsey) and Jeramy Watson; and his siblings, Tammy Cook (Dan), Pattie McDowell (Rod), Lisa Perez (Mario), William Monroe (Marie), Herbert Monroe, Johnny Monroe (Rhonda), Danny Monroe (Dianne), Larry Monroe (Shannon), Jeramy Colemire, Mario Perez and Brandon Watson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
