She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Garst and Gerald Garst; and her sister Anne Molck. She is survived by: her husband Dale Stevens of Frankfort, Kentucky.; her children, Michelle Young (Jamie), Jared Stevens (Amanda) of Frankfort and Ryan Stevens (Jessica) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Andrew, Olivia and Ella Stevens; her brother Blaine Garst of Los Altos, California; her nephews, Steven Key, Jonathan Key and Corey Molck; her niece Natalie Fox; and her pet Izzy.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators, the Church of the Ascension in Frankfort; or the Franklin County Humane Society.
