She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Charles and Daisy Mae Wainscott Clemons; her husband Lawrence Keith; her son David Allen Keith; and her sister Doris Henry.
She is survived by: her children, Estill Keith (Rachel), Bobby Dean Keith (LeAnn) and Brenda McKinney (Phillip); her siblings, Alfred Clemons (Julie) and Judy Bates; and her sister-in-law Darlene O'Banion. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
