She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lee Sykes and Dorothy Faye Eudaly Sykes. She is survived by: her husband Philip John Cooke; her children, Lisa (Ora), Eric (Tracy), Beth (Kirk) and Amy (Steve); her stepsons, Matthew, Daniel and Stephen; and her siblings, Joanne, Cynthia and John. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church, American Cancer Society, or a charity of one's choice in memory of Janet Cooke.
