He was predeceased by: his mother Vera Lois Hoover Rutledge. He is survived by: his father David Lewis Rutledge (Vicki); his son Trent Rutledge; his siblings, Mark Rutledge and Cindi Parrish (Tim); his niece Emma; and his nephews, Evan, Clinton, Colin and Lincoln. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
