She is survived by: her children, Greg Collins (Lisa) of Clay City, Katherine Leigh (Mike) of Frankfort, Kelly Smith (Chris) of Gravel Switch and Kim Larkin (Kelly) of Lawrenceburg; her grandchildren, Gavin, Colevy Collins, Sarah, Maggie, Roman Smith, Mason, Trevor Leigh, Hunter Clark (Amber) and Grady Larkin; her sister Linda Allen of Louisville; her niece Donna Allen; and her nephew Douglas Allen (Jennifer).
