He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Frasher and Letha Frasher (Morrison); and his siblings, Robert Frasher (Wanda), Donald Frasher (Gertrude), Helen Bash (Gorman), Thursy Baker (Cebern) and Eula Whitaker (Bruce).
He is survived by: his wife Virginia May Frasher of Hurricane, WV.; his children, Cheryl Frasher Forester (Fred Forester), Christy Frasher King (Kevin King) and James Frasher (Glenna Pelfrey Frasher); and his brother Garland Frasher Jr. (Beth Ann). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
